Business stay

She answered all our questions and was willing to do what was needed to make our stay enjoyable. We have no negative comments regarding the condo. We would not hesitate to stay there at another time.

Easter Weekend Stay

Ruth was great at dealing with me and constantly answered my questions. I hated bothering her but she was supremely nice. We were close to I4 and plenty of stores and restaurants near be. I would stay again.

Overnight stop
Publié le 20 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe host was gracious enough to let us in 10 mins before check-in so we could change for an event. However, the place was not cleaned from the last rental. The host notified the maintenance and they cleaned while we were at the event. Although it was clean when we got back, What if we had not checked in until after our event in the middle of the night? Where would we have slept?
Also, it is not clear from the photos that the flooring is carpeted. We usually avoid carpets because of allergies. The carpet needs updating. Apart form those two issues and the dirty staircase leading up to the apartment ( that the host has no control over) the rest was okay.

Hello Gail, I hate that this was your experience and appreciate the patience that you had. Unfortunately calendars do not alway synchronize, and this platform does not allow for cohost that will allow the cleaners to monitor the calendar. This is the 1st time in 2yrs that this has happened to us, and we are working with a web design team to create a calendar that synchronizes with this platform so that this does not happen again. I'm surprised to hear that you think the carpet needs updating as it is only 2yrs old. We recently had Stanley Steamer in to clean the carpets, and they thought that the carpet was brand new. The gentleman said it was in great shape, but I do get this is your opinion. This home is very close to many restaurants, and we have a great cleaning crew that take the importance of providing a clean home to our guests seriously.

Comfortable visit
Publié le 3 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a very nice stay. The apartment was spacious, and the beds comfortable. We liked the friendly Disney themed rooms.
We did have one minor issue with the door lock but the owner was easily reachable and resolved our issue in about 2 minutes.
We would stay here again.
