Gross, Rude, Arrogant and bullies!

Our experience in dealing with this rental management company was a nightmare from the moment we submitted the reservation. A few days after submitting the request and making payment we received a message thinking us for our stay. When the time came they sent us two different rental addresses, in two different towns. We secured a property that showed a hot tub, there was none. We secured a property with three queen beds, there were only 2. There was no door alarm or baby gate, as required by law for the pool. The pool had not been cleaned when we arrived. There was no hot water in kitchen and proprty damge to screen area and sliding door. We were mislead to believe if was in Champions Gate resort. It stated there was an art gallery and shopping mall on site. There was none of that either. Anytime we pointed out things showing them to be liars, they became rude and resorted to threats. Called us liars and blamed us for booking errors. Tried to have a civil conversation about the misleading info prior to arriving to ensure we received the amenities requested. She was hateful, ugly and hung up on me. My husband tried and got the same treatment. They made it seem like they were "doing us a favor" by trying to find something comparable but truly made no efforts. She became a bully and even threatened to kick us out early when we had finally had enough of the lies and sent screenshots. Don't waste your time. Keep looking. There are better options!

we are sorry you chose to write this review - you booked an allocation on arrival - 5 bedroom budget home.You made an error when you selected the home type and now you chose to vent your anger in a review.

I wish i could upload pics this was a huge safety hazard very dirty alot is falling apart. This was my worst experience ever with a stay yet.

Éramos un grupo de 30 personas y buscábamos 3 villas en el mismo bloque, pero las villas estaban a 15 y 20 minutos una de otra, y lo peor es que no recibimos información de la localización de las villas hasta 24 horas de nuestra llegada. Esto afectó nuestros planes de compartir juntos.

We spoke to both a male and female member of your group on 2 separate occasions - weeks before your arrival and made both of them aware that you would not be located in the same community. We are sorry that this information was not shared to the rest of your group by the 2 members that called us

it's a great place to stay. great distance from theme park. the place was kinda clean. previous renter didn't take the trash out. overall, it was okay... it does need a couple more thing to buy to make it livable - toilet paper, detergent and all the other stuff...

First, this was a lovely home. The AC was stuck at 79 degrees, when outside was 80 and above and it was hot and there was a lock box, call the maintenance and they never returned my call. The freezer didn’t freeze and it made some noise. Nothing was kept cool. There was no soap to wash our hands in the bathrooms, no toilet paper. Overall, it was a great home but the fact that one one called me back about the fridge or AC was not good.

We are sorry that you never received a call back - we offer 4 different telephone number - email - chat - text and whats app - we have checked and we can only find that you called one number and did not leave a voicemail. We apologize that you experienced this - the number you called was closed during the holiday weekend - wish you had reached out to either of the 2 emergency numbers - we had staff oncall 24/7 on these numbers. We will now investigate the issues you reported so they can be rectified. Our homes are self catering and we provide just a basic start up with one toilet tissue in each bathroom - we do not supply personal items such as soap etc.
