I believe Kameron to be an honest man with honest intentions and we will definitely will be back.

Fun for a huge group!
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a college reunion with multiple families getting together. Everyone had a bed, families were able to keep the kids near their parents, and overall we had a great time. The game room and pool were fun and the community pool was great!

Family reunion
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our 12 day stay! We were 23 people from 3 to 72 years of age and the accommodations were great! The game room was exceptional for the kids! The clubhouse facilities were excellent with everyone enjoying the water slide, lazy river and pool and some of the adults taking advantage of the exercise equipment. Kameron was a great host taking care of our questions and needs in a timely and courteous manner. Highly recommended!

Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall stay was horrible. Pool did not work. Kiddos did not get to swim for the stay. We were never been told that the pool was not working. The day of going to the villa, landlord finally told us that pool lights were not working. Found out from the pool cleaner people that the pump is also not working along with the hot tub. It was disgusting as the pool was not filtering so kids did not get to swim. Home was infested with German cockroaches. When you cook in the home, they come out and it was disgusting. Some tvs were not working. Overall we stayed there and rented the place for 7 days and kids did not get to swim until the last day when the pool was fixed. So disappointed in this. Worst place ever.

Thank you for your your feedback. I'm sorry the house didn't meet your expectations. I knew the pool light was broken before your stay, and I had been shopping around for a pool light replacement. I had it replaced before your stay was completed. I wish you had let me know about the other pool issues sooner (I didn't know until about halfway through your stay). I had a pool repairman go out as soon as he was available, and the pool was repaired before your stay was completed. I'm sorry it wasn't fixed sooner. In terms of the cockroaches, I have a pest control company regularly service the house. I sent them over to check the kitchen and they were not able to find any cockroaches. But I will keep an eye out for them in the future. Thanks for letting me know about the broken TV. It has been replaced.

Beautiful Home described perfectly
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst off the home is exactly as described in VRBO. Kameron is an awesome host. He provided disclosures before we arrived, nothing major. However, we had to contact him on a couple of things, and his responses were timely and respectful. I have to say my family (including the adults) loved the themes rooms and the arcade room. We have young and older gamers in the family. Most of them brought their own game consoles, but the fact that they could all play together in one area was classic for them. I would rent from Kameron again. You will not be disappointed if you rented.

Great place for a Disney vacation

Loved the themed rooms, game room and pool. The location was great for our Disney vacation. The owner was very easy to reach and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Great house for a large family gathering
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I, along with our children and 5 grandchildren aged 5-16. Twelve of us in total had a great stay at this house in Champions Gate while visiting Disney parks June 23-28. The check in process was very easy.
The house had plenty of room to accommodate our large group. The kids loved the themed rooms and the teens spent a lot of time in the arcade. We spent one whole day at the house to enjoy the pool and rest and relax before our last park day. Grocery deliveries were awesome. We made a lot of wonderful memories at this house. There was prompt and easy communication with the host, Kameron. Definitely recommend this property if you have a large group.
