Publié le 30 mai 2015 sur HotelsTerrible - une nuit (j'ai raté mon avion) j'ai reservé une chambre non fumeur et on m'a mis dans une chambre fumeur pretextant qu'il n'y avait pas d'autre chambre. Hors sur le site hotel.com il etait précisé Non fumeur! Hotel desuet- a renover completement.

I sincerely apologize that you had cleanliness issues in your room and that you received such poor service from my staff. In response to your feedback, I will be working with my housekeeping staff to review our cleanliness standards to ensure that your experience is not repeated. As well, I will be meeting with my entire team to review customer service standards to ensure that we are providing excellent service. I am grateful for the feedback you provided so we are able to continually improve our hotel. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any of our other brand locations across the U.S. and Canada in the future.

Worst stay I have ever had. We had to keep the lights on at night to keep the roaches at bay. 4 nights with hardly any sleep. When I asked for a room with no roaches they basically told me they didn’t have one. Also, the microwave didn’t work. Horrible experience I will never stay at an extended stay ever again!

Moret than 10 cockroaches every where running around in the room

Decent place but as soon as I walked into the room, roaches were seen scurrying. The sink had food particles still in it. Bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and nice. I would consider staying again just didn’t like seeing the bugs.

This property is super dated, none of the plugs in my room work and it had a stitch. The staff was nice and it. In a good location overall,
