Their parking lot was full so we had to pay for valet parking. Bar/restaraunt right at the lobby was nice with good drinks and food. Their Starbucks was closed, so they put out free coffee, but it ran out. We looked forward to flavored coffee so that was a bummer. The elevator was being repaired so we had to take the stairs. It sounds like a bad experience, but the staff was nice and accommodating. We got take out at the restaurant and it was quick and delicious. Our room was serviced promptly.

When we checked into our room I noticed a chirping sound coming from the outlet right next to the bed (video can be sent). I went down to notify the front desk because I know it would have definitely prevented my wife and I from getting a good night sleep. They let me know they would send an “engineer” to look at it. When I checked back at the front desk they let me know that the engineer did not find anything and we should be ok. We went back up to the room where you could still very clearly hear the chirping and I took a video to take back down to the front desk. Upon hearing and seeing the video I was presented with 2 pairs of 3m ear plugs and told there was nothing they could do. I found this absolutely ridiculous and honestly insulting given the amount of money we were spending per night on the room and the fact this is a Marriott. After arguing with the front desk agent they eventually switched our rooms but not before making me go up to the room, fully pack all of our luggage and bring it downstairs to check into the new room. This was the most disappointing and frustrating experience I have ever had at a Marriott hotel.

Just walls and doors are thin. Was woken at 830 am by loud talking , laughing and screaming. I understand it was a wedding going on that evening. But, standing in the hall way for that long time talking loud and laughing was not ok. No respect for others that early in the morning. I didn’t go out the door because I was giving them some time to enjoy. And thought Maybe they would go in there room soon. But husband talked me out of it but if it was the other way around. Someone would have called the front desk on us. But overall I enjoyed my stay. But next I will be sure to ask if my room will be near a party
