No one to contact after hours; problems with electricity and problems with internet over 24 hr period.

Dear Robyn,I am sorry you were unable to reach me after hours. As you know, my card with a US and MX number is in every room under glass. So, I must have had my dual sim mobile phone on silent and failed to turn it back on. My sincere apologies! As the owner I must carry my phone everywhere for emergencies and I am VERY sorry I somehow missed your call.As for electricity, it occasionally happens that there are periods of time when either the electricity, water or internet go off. Usually this is a period of short duration and is out of our control. If the City has shut off the water we can order a water truck; if there is no electricity, we have lanterns that we put in each room. But if the internet goes out there is nothing we can do but report the problem and trust it will be restored rapidly.I am sincerely sorry you were inconvenienced and had such an uncomfortable experience. Thank you for letting me know.Elizabeth

Casa del Sol is a beautiful boutique B&B. The common areas are stunning and our room was spacious and elegant. The proprietor is a lovely and gracious host. The breakfast was large and very tasty. It is located a short distance from the main square. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Charming Decor
