Avis Crestview Guest House - Crestview Guest House - Superior Room F04

The manager said we had to check in before 10 pm. We put in reservation that we were checking in late and getting off the train from Folleyette. Then said we needed to pay 10 more because there was 2 of us and that our reservation only had 1 adult. Wanted us to pay that at restaurant next day. The receipt plainly said 2 guests. Confusing as to where place was and how to check in. Didn’t get room that was reserved. Reserved 9. Manager said use #4 but #4 had someone in it. Slept in #2
