I did not catch the name of the front desk associate on the night (about 10:30pm) of October 5, 2024, however, she was excellent! She is the PR image your company needs and should be proud of. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant.

Vending machines not working

Thank you for your feedback. We actually have a Market that the machines have signs on to refer guests to as we begin our renovations and no longer will have the extra machines. We hope you enjoyed your stay besides that and look forward to seeing you in the future!

Its the little things
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsStayed here in our way to a wedding to do some exploration at Harper's Ferry. Great location, excellent service and the best free breakfast we have ever had. It was nice to have a choice between firm and soft pillows, which were embroidered on the pillow case. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. We had an katie with our room key but Mandy at the front desk, fixed it and accompanied us to the room to make sure. Everyone at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and they constantly refilled the items. Omlets, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, make your own pancakes, fruit, toast, bGels, muffinsyogurt, cereal, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, juice, tea, coffee, was available.
