My mother named our home in 1993 when we purchased it from the orginal owner. And downstairs name is "The Wolff Den"!

WE ARE 100 YARDS FROM THE BEACH, FISHING PIER, TIDES HOTEL, AND OUR COMMERCIAL DISTRICT!

YOU CANNOT ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE AND THE OWNER'S Hospitality!

My father & I renovated the entire downstairs to make
"The Wolff Den" something special.
There are two rooms plus a covered patio and a concrete area for you personal use. You now can grill out and have fresh seafood, steak, etc.. on our brand new gas grill right outside your door. We added a small "Oster" oven one big enough to baked potatoes, pizza, bread, veggies. Also on the grill there is a side burner for eggs and bacon to start your morning off.

When you walk into the unit you will find our kitchenette, with your appliances, full refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and our new Oster oven....sink for washing dishes and a large shower.

Then you will walk into the bedroom area with a queen size bed, a futon for a 3rd person, a new desk in case you need to touch base with work , a new flat screen 40" TV install on the wall which can be moved for your viewing with 200 channels n free wi/fi provided by Comcast. And you have your half bath area.

There are 2 separate doors you can used to enjoy your covered patio to relax, catch up with one another or just sit and watch the 'Folly's" walk by...what a site that is!! lol...
Brand new furniture including a love seat, 2 nice chairs, and a glass table.

Also we have a table to use to eat, drink, and be merry.

You will enjoy your stay with us!

We also provide private off street parking which is a huge advantage that you will definitely appreciate!

Great place!
We had a great vacation staying here! Carl is excellent to work with and has great communication throughout. The place is snug but it was just right for us. It's a short walk to the beach and there's a lot of restaurants, shops and a store nearby. Everything we needed was there and we will definitely book again! Highly recommend this place! A Remarkable Gem
The place is in an awesome location and has so much charm! Carl is so friendly and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Couldn't have had a better host! Now , I must say, if you like room service and your sheets turned down, this place is not for you. I would not call it Spartan but it is small, utilitarian...and ONE BLOCK FROM EVERYTHING! It is small. It is the "basement" of a house at the beach. My wife and I just adore coming here and will do so every year as long as we can! Carl is the consumate host. He so diligently attends to his guests needs and makes us feel so welcome. Some people have bad mouthed this unit and I hate that. I think the last seven years of good reviews speak volumes for Carl and The Wolf's Den and we're looking forward to our next visit.

Everything said previously about how accommodating and helpful the host was is completely true! He has thought of everything you might need to enjoy Folly! In addition to Wolffie's helpfulness, the property really couldn't be in a much better location, so close to the beach, the pier, and Center Street restaurants and it comes with your own, private parking spot. Adorable place in an excellent location!
If you want a cozy, comfortable place that's right in the middle of all the action, look no further. This property is literally right around the corner from Folly's main drag, and a block from the ocean. So convenient, and so perfectly located. The owner is super nice and helpful, and we really hated to leave. It was a wonderful trip, and a perfect vacation rental. Highly recommend staying here!

This property is located in the heart of Folly Beach. This is a lower level of an old beach house with a no frills beach experience. Marty is a parking attendant who was great to communicate with and would assist in any way to make your stay enjoyable. This unit would only be large enough for 2 people. You must adapt to a smaller kitchen with most cooking done on the outside grille. I enjoy grilling so we loved it. Fishing off the new Folly Beach pier is an exexperience I recommend. My wife and I enjoyed many beach walks. Beach access is a 2 minute walk across the street. Overall, the great location made this a great getaway. The owner was out of town for most of our stay so we didn't get much interaction.
