The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The perfect spot!
This place is so cute and was perfect for our 3 night stay. The bed is so comfortable we slept in every day. The kitchen is stocked nicely. The neighborhood is awesome! Lots of little restaurants, bars tucked in here and there. The pizza place a few doors down on the corner, is excellent! There is a little shared courtyard making it easy to bring our dog out. Lastly, it was very clean. We highly recommend!

This place is in the the perfect location and also has its’ own parking spot which is really nice if you have been to downtown Charleston. The rooftop is very nice and there are plenty of places to get food and small items.

perfect for weekend as a couple
We were there for parents weekend for College of Charleston and it was a great place for us. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and the college campus was about a 15-20 min walk. We loved the rooftop patio.

Decent property
2 senior adults stayed here for 3 nights in October 2024. We are seasoned travelers and enjoy upscale accommodations. This property is decent, but certainly not upscale. One of the features that attracted me was the rooftop patio. It is not at all charming, with cheap furniture and views of other roofs. The rest of the property is in good condition and the bed is comfortable. The TV was hard to figure out. The bathroom and shower/tub were adequate. There are no clothes closets. The neighborhood is decent, middle class. There are a couple of restaurants very nearby and the property is a short walk to King Street where there are many more restaurants. There is a designated parking space around the corner.

Great time
This was our first trip to Charleston. This was the perfect location to everything we want to do. The amenities were upscale and luxurious. Also, very clean. The only downside was that the guest in unit A had the police called to the house at 2:00 am for excessive loudness. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful.

Loved it all
Thoughtfully decorated to maximize the charm and space. Clean and comfortable. Super short walk to enjoy King Street- just around the corner- and a ten minute drive to Mount Pleasant and Shem Creek. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Charleston getaway.
This house is perfect for 2 people! Bed ia comfy, towels are nice! Rooftop deck waa great to wnd the evening with a cocktail and cool off once the heat of the day was gone. Neigjborhood was great and walkable. We walked all over the city and felt safe. Used the free agurrle once to go to watetfront oark..was easy to figure out. Definately would atay again!

Perfect Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And loved the accommodations. Everything was as described. Rustic, charming, secluded but close enough for a short drive to the main areas. We thought it was just Too hot in July to walk the twenty minutes to downtown King St., but had no issues and with some patience can find free parking near the water areas. We also lucked out and got free parking for one of the days bc the meters were malfunctioning. Enjoyed our short stay.

It was the perfect place for two, and we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the rooftop and porch were. The bed was very comfortable and big, and the host was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend and would be back.

Great location and amenities
This was a great property to stay in Charleston. Street parking was easy and the Vrbo offered private parking one block down. The place was insanely clean , smelled great, and the AC kept up wonderfully with hot temps. Location could not be beat. 3 blocks to king street and hundreds of restaurants. There was about a 20 minute easy walk to Charleston market. 20 minute drive to folly beach . We rented bikes right outside the rental and had lots of fun rolling around town. We loved having rooftop deck for coffee, mini fridge for beers, and multiple levels for space . Rental had washer/dryer including tide pods, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, very soft and comfortable bedding . Communication and checkin was very efficient and easy

Wonderful Charleston Stay
The property is well equipped for its size. We enjoyed stepping out of the Charleston afternoon “soup” to cool off. The shower was fantastic and the washer and dryer helped the cooling off process. Highly recommend for a couple. Close enough to walk downtown and far enough to not be inundated by traffic noise.

Charming in Charleston
Perfect pad for a Charleston weekend; walking distance to King Street, shopping, restaurants, and plenty of hidden secrets off the beaten path nearby as well. You're not likely to cook so no need for a full size refrigerator. There are steps to master bedroom and rooftop but not an issue for us! Enjoy - we sure did!

Quick Charleston Getaway
Great two days of shopping and eating in Charleston. We’d book again. Great location one block off King Street. Easy walk to everything we wanted. The townhome was so cute and well appointed! Loved the clawfoot tub!
