RECEPTIONNISTES TRES SYMPAS
Publié le 3 juill. 2023 sur HotelsPersonnel de la réception très , très sympa qui essayait de parler le français avec beaucoup d'application et d'humour . Hôtel très propre , chambre au 5èmè et dernier étage comme demandé ; bon petit déjeuner . Parfait .

The property was clean and centrally located. My grandmother and Aunt were treated rude, by 2 staff members on the morning shift. Made them feel unwelcome. Room was clean enough, bed was soft, and the parking is very tight. But, overall I say a 6.5 out of 10..

No Cable
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsCable went out on second day of my stay and was still out when we checked out the next morning. This is seems to be a common theme with this location. The cable was out when I stayed last month as well.

We had 2 rooms at check in, then rented a large suite. The key to the suite started malfunctioning immediately! The staff was apologetic each and every time (about 20) until our last night. Bob, a rude, mean older man was working the front desk, upon asking him to please rekey our cards AGAIN he started, “ Yall are the only people with a key problem very rude in front of another guest. As if we wanted to keep going all the way downstairs for new keys. We checked out and went to Springhill Suites rented the largest rooms and stayed another 4 days!! No key issues, not Mr. Bob!
