RECEPTIONNISTES TRES SYMPAS

Personnel de la réception très , très sympa qui essayait de parler le français avec beaucoup d'application et d'humour . Hôtel très propre , chambre au 5èmè et dernier étage comme demandé ; bon petit déjeuner . Parfait .

The staff is friendly and they strive to accommodate your needs. Although the breakfast needs some attention, overall it was a good place to stay during our visit.

Location!!!

The first lady at the desk as we entered was cold, but adequate. Later lady was friendly. It was a typical 3 star hotel. I would definitely stay again. Great location to visit Charleston.

Very clean. Would benefit from a non skid mat in shower. Parking was tight. Breakfast was uninspiring and starting around 8:50a no effort was made to refill or refresh. I would stay stay again

Indoor pool was nice for the kids but quite dirty. No housekeeping the entire 4 day stay. Had to pick up towels at desk. Breakfast was good and a convenience. Staff was ok. Price was good.
