This hotel has 0 maintenance. It has got everything possible thing wrong that you can imagine. We were given rooms that were not ready. The housekeeper tried to put on dirty linen. Bathroom sink was dirty. The gym was in bad shape. Every corner of the facility severely lacks maintenance and up keep. Stay here only if you have no other choice.

Have stayed here before. Clean hotel with very friendly employees. Area right at the hotel is fine but the Surrounding area saturated with hotels, gravel empty lots and closed businesses.

Whenever I come to Beckley I stay here. It has the right blend of hotel vs home. The staff are always very kind.

I paid For two queen rooms and on the same floor or next to each other because I was traveling with family with kids. I arrived at the hotel after nine. The man behind the counter he couldn’t tell he worked there because he was just in a concert T-shirt. He gave me the keys to the room. One was on the second floor and one was on the third floor. I told him I wanted them next to each other or on the same floor, do nothing about it because they were packed. He told me it was a queen room and the other one was a king room. There is nothing they could do because all the rooms are already filled. My grandchildren were happy to see the pool was open till midnight . But we went down to the pool. There were adults in there. They were acting like fools throwing balls. So we walked out. I will never return to this facility again.
