Good location, the cleaness of the room can be better.
But the girl at the reception was not nice and welcoming

The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus.
Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained.
The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed.
My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy.
Location was the only plus. I will never stay there again.

Overall a positive experience

Although I’m not familiar with how parking works in Charleston. The room was clean but the pillows were very small and there were only 3 per bed which isn’t enough for 2 people. The toilet did not flush well and the bathroom was very old and showed a lot of wear. Overall, it was a good value and I would definitely stay there again if/when I travel back to Charleston.

The location is excellent however the hotel has not been maintained. The room door did not fit properly, the bathroom was dirty, especially where the toilet and bathtub were located. The shower curtain was covered in mold.

It says on Expedia that you get breakfast-you don’t. You have to pay to park. There were pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The staff was very kind though.
