A cute, funky, Folly stay
We've stayed in this former house before, and were happy to come back. The rooms can be basic, but always clean and supplies all you need. I love their breakfast set up in the kitchen, and the self check in instructions sent to my phone. Please keep your voices low in the public areas, as the rooms aren't sound proof. It's a cute, funky, Folly stay, with parking and easy walking to Center St.

Lovely cottage near beach
This was a lovely place for a getaway in Folly Beach! Our cottage was spacious, eclectic, adorable and well outfitted. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Such a comfortable and relaxing stay. Will be back!

Loved the location. As far back on the island as we could get, pretty private room with equally private porch. Bathroom as big as the bedroom, easy walking distance to all the restaurants, Bert's market as well as the pier and beach entrance. They set up a breakfast in the common kitchen area from 8am-11am, coffee available. They also provide beach towels and umbrellas.

If you are a light sleeper, you will likely not be able to sleep because there’s a swooshing noise that comes from their fridge in the room. I booked for 2 nights but I didn’t get any sleep with that loud noise so I asked for a refund for my second night. They charge a no refundable fee that’s deducted from the refund. Personally think this place is definitely not worth what they charge for. The room I stayed in was tiny tiny. My second night I stayed at a 4 star hotel that was half the price they charge.

We booked this on the same day we arrived in town. Check in was easy and the location perfect! We walked to the beach and to restaurants. I told my husband we will be back next year and then we will bring the extended family.

The property was unique and charming! it was very clean and close to everything. I walked everywhere and they even provided a bike that I was able to ride. But my absolute favorite thing there was Joyce, she made my stay so enjoyable. I want to go back already so I can have a good conversation with her. I have already recommended this place to about 6 people. I can not wait to go back.!! this time I may get a cabin with the family! ( they are on the river, with a pier)
