This is a beautiful, remodeled condo with spectacular views only 1 mile from Folly Beach and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lanes in both directions from the condo. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals across the street as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

The condo is stocked with quality linens/towels, paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and detergents including four beach chairs and beverage cooler.

Enjoy the sandy shore of Folly Beach or a day at historic downtown Charleston then relax in the evening with spectacular sunsets views overlooking the Clark Sound marsh and wildlife.

Assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking spaces.
This property is up 4 flights of stairs which has 45 steps, no elevator. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Very clean- good parking- very nice marsh views and deck
We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen fully stocked, having 2 bathrooms was great. View of the marsh beautiful. Stairs up but that was not a problem for us. Of note, would need to drive to Folly Beach which is a fabulous beach - wide and with a complete fishing pier and related beach stores nearby. We had a small issue with the bathroom and it was taken care of right away. Appreciated the communication with owner. Would stay again!

Quick 3 day holiday, one day in Charleston, one day in Folly. Small space but perfect for me and my daughter during her fall break. 2 Beds super comfy. Quiet place. Stairs should not be taken lightly! Would come again!

The location was great, owners were quick to respond with questions. Deck was great for morning coffee. We ate at Bowens Island, check it out great food, cool vibes, casual atmosphere and beautiful sunset views. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The apartment we stayed in was perfect for us. Cozy yet spacious allowing us room to be together and apart. I loved the deck while my husband the couch! The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and snacks/drinks before dinner. The bathrooms were nice and gave us space to get ready at the same time making it much faster. All in all perfect!

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was extremely clean. Everything was very orderly. Place was in tip top shape. I had contacted the hostess a few times with question, she got back to me very quick. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels etc, very impressed..I have absolutely no complaints or any negatives. I will recommend to my friends and would stay here again.

The description of this condo is spot on, comfy, clean and quiet. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings and relaxing in the evenings. Yes there are flights of stairs, we got our exercise daily and the views were so worth it! Beautiful sunsets, lots of birds to enjoy too. Jennifer and Tim were so nice and very quick with responses. Their condo has everything you need away from home. So close to Folly Beach and a short drive to beautiful Charleston. The condo is tucked into a perfect location between the two destinations!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a family wedding in John’s Island. It was great access to down town as well as Folly Beach. The unit was perfect for what we needed. View from the porch beautiful.
