Top floor condo (end unit)with incredible views over the Folly marsh. Nestled between two bridges and set conveniently just off Folly Road, so quiet and peaceful! Located only one mile to the beach and shopping. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals as well as a seafood restaurant and a seafood market. Walking and bike lanes heading in each direction from the condo.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and stocked with all household supplies you need to have carefree time settling in.

Master suite has queen bed, TV/Nexflix, ceiling fan and a private full bathroom with shower & tub.

Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV/Netflix, ceiling fan, marsh-view and full bathroom with shower & tub which is adjacent to the bedroom door.

Kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware and dishware with granite countertops.

Laundry nook with stacked large capacity washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board. Household supplies included.

Includes assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking space. No boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Please note this property is not equipped with an elevator. There are 45 stairs or 4 flights to the entry door.

Great Place Great Location
The condo was as advertised and perfectly suited for our needs. The location was percent, about 10 minutes to downtown Charleston and 3 minutes to Folly Beach. Serene views from the balcony. Easy check in, great hosts that were very communicative. Would definitely stay there again!

The marsh view was incredible. The place was very comfortable and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, but they were manageable. We will stay here again

Charleston Classic Basketball tournament & Beach time
Nice little condo on the 3rd floor of a quiet complex. One mile to downtown Folly Beach and the ocean.Property was clean, however, carpet in bedrooms needs to be replaced. Paint on baseboards and living room wall needs touch—ups, ice machine did not work. Property manager provided good info on restaurant nearby and location of grocery stores, etc.which we found helpful.

This condo is in a great location, close to downtown Folly Beach and a short drive to Charleston. The condo is good size, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with everything that's needed. Would definitely recommend!

Very cute and comfortable place to stay, very convenient to Folly Beach and easy to get to Charleston. Great balcony to sit out on and watch the marsh birds- bring binoculars! Jennifer was a very responsive and helpful host. Definitely a place to return for another visit.

The condo was lovely, well appointed. In a very convenient location to beach and to downtown Charleston. Due to Helene we had to cut our stay short by one day but we crammed all sorts of fun into our time there.

Beach Weekend Getaway
The overall trip was amazing! The property was perfect for me and my three friends, it was cozy and just the right amount of room for all of us to relax and have fun at the beach. I do have to say the biggest complaint I have was the bed. The master bed I believe is not a “Queen Bed” as stated. It felt small like a full size would be. The comforter was very uncomfortable and was a complaint through my whole group for both beds, didn’t keep anyone comfortable or warm through the night. The garbage disposal was also not working during our stay. Overall, very nice stay!

The property and grounds are clean & safe. All appliances worked well, the beds and living room chair were super comfortable. Sitting on the deck with thr fans going listening to the wildlife and watching the bay was so relaxing. The close proximity to the beach and gricery store was very good. We also spent a day in Charleston which was a quick 15-20 drive.

Convenient Location
The property was described accurately and is situated in a convenient location to access Folly Beach, nearby restaurants and grocery stores by car or bicycle. The Unit is located on the top floor with lovely views of the Marshes in two different directions. You get the setting sun in the evening. While we welcomed the air conditioning, we found the unit mounted on the wall outside of the bedroom noisy at night.

Quick Trip
We enjoyed our three night stay! The balcony is huge and a lovely place to relax. Property was as described! Lolo’s (almost exactly across the street) has amazing food. We are in our 50’s and had no problem with the four flights of stairs, however we are active and don’t mind the exercise.
