No hot water

There was no hot water in the shower in the morning. Not acceptable.

There was minor repairs needed for the accessible rooms. The railing in the bathrooms was damage. It was a funny smell in the bathroom due to the sewage, and I could get in sunlight in the room due to the shades being broken and not having a string to adjust.
