I reserved a king size room and when I arrived they informed me I was switched to a queen room. I asked for an explanation and received none. I informed them my back was se Emely injured in the Army and I had to have a king. The manager took over a half hour to get us a king room and this was after I was assured they did not have a king. I got no explanation and it was uncomfortable having customers being moved ahead of me. What happened. Kind of destroyed our evening plans too. So much for our night in Charleston.

Why would you build a hotel in a place you can't get to and one that has no parking and you get charged for parking.

Check in was easy and fast. Hot breakfast was good. Checkout was fast.

The staff was very friendly. I paid for a suite but non available during checking. Parking was not convenient, and I did not feel safe while getting from parking to hotel. The room needs update and the lighting on the hallways needs to be improved. I was on the lower level and I did not like that.

Our check in was terrible! Check in time was for 4pm. We arrived at 5pm to be told that the King room we reserved wasn’t available! A reservation we made 4 months prior! We had to wait another hour, after 6pm, to finally be checked into our room!
