Excellent service and the breakfast was great! Even with the remodel I had a pleasant stay….great job guys!

Staff was very friendly opened the pool early for my granddaughter. First room we had wouldn't open correctly and got me in another room in 5 minutes. Under construction right now so it will improve.

All around great!

Our whole family agreed it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. The staff was SO nice and helpful and accommodating. The kids loved the pool and the parents relaxed in the courtyard. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised we had a mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker in the room. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast was great and the staff person in charge of breakfast was just so nice. If we ever drive through the area again we will absolutely stay here again!

The workers were fantastic but the construction was not fun, there were ants everywhere (including IN the bed), and the toilet was functional but broken. Very disappointed since we’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels before with no issues.

Disappointed

Was a little disappointed, not as clean as I thought it should be, very skimpy on towels in room. It seemed like a cheaper hotel. I usually always book Holiday Inn Express and this is the first time I have been disappointed.

Room card never worked. Staff apologized each time. Dogs barking in the night. Handicap room 401 did have accommodations but not the toilet. Doors slamming. Very dirty. I understand renovations but extremely dirty and very disheveled. Will not stay here again due to the level of disorganization and uncleanliness. Staff were apologetic

Don’t stay here.

There was dog poop in the floor when we arrived in the room, not enough staff to clean, no towels, bugs, etc the front desk staff was rude. The two cleaning guys were nice and helpful but clearly overworked.

Oh my goodness, I am so sorry that this happened in our hotel. If I had known, I would have accommodated you. We had some problems with past housekeepers and things have improved since we had a new turnover in our cleaning staff. Again, my apologies.
