The location was perfect for restaurants and late night bars. Staff was so helpful and kind! Would come back and stay in the same hotel again !

Very nice and convenient hotel.. Bars and restaurants are walkable the only bad things is that they dont have parking.. they have valet parking for $42 daily. I used the public parking which for me was cheaper than paying $42 a Day... i wouldn't come back to this hotel just for that reason.. I feel its important to have parking included or a least with a small fee. Staff really nice .

Extremely disappointed with this Hyatt. Upon arrival our toilet was flooded on top of the fact that there was garbage left over from previous guests. There is no safe in the room no umbrellas and no pens or fans. Midway through our travel the hotel Air conditioning broke. For about 2.5 days, our room was 80 . This was obviously an unforeseen circumstance, however the way this was handled was disappointing. After being told the air conditioning was fixed at 11 PM we contacted the front desk multiple times letting them know our room was not cool yet. It was not until 5:30pm the following day that we had a technician see our room and to this issue. We were told that we will only be compensated for one day. Overall this was not what we expected at a Hyatt.

The hotel staff was rude. The air conditioning did not work and the entire hotel was 80 degrees. Management and staff were not accommodating and made the entire process difficult.
