"Convenient to the Town Center and Isle of Palms"
The customer service by all employees was perfect. The hotel itself does not have great access. The parking garage is not easy to access. The check in lobby is on the second floor. You have to park on the second floor then take an elevator down to the first floor and enter the hotel then take an elevator up to the second floor of the hotel to check in. It was exhausting in just 2 days. The beds were comfy, not luxurious, the shower door was broken in our first room. The kind gentleman relocated us up to the 6th floor in another room identical. The dresser drawer was broken, and the rollup blind was broken, but I let these things slide because he was nice, and I didn't want to give him a hard time. I just manually rolled up the blind and stuffed it into the crevice of the window to hold it up so we could see out over the town center. our first room view was of the roof, we couldn't see anything else but the roof.
