The open floor plan flows smoothly from kitchen to dining area to living room and out to the covered patio area. Wireless WiFi, Cable TV, and Seabrook Club amenities with Club Access are included at NO EXTRA CHARGE!

Sit down and relax in the living room with a big screen TV, a comfortable sofa that folds out to sleep two, oversize chair folds out to sleep one, and a beautiful view of the water.

The dining area seats five and has a pass-through counter to the kitchen which makes it easy to prepare and serve food while still enjoying time together.

Step directly out onto the covered patio that has a table and seating for 4 and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean, inlet, and the uninhabited barrier island directly across the way.

After a fun day at the beach or Seabrook pools, riding bikes, or touring all of the great attractions in the Charleston area, sleep comfortably in the master bedroom on the king size bed topped with 3 inch cool gel memory foam mattress. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and private connected bathroom with a shower.

The main board walk to the ocean/beach is immediately off of our back patio. This villa is within easy walking distance to the Ocean Front Pool Complex and the access fee for this area has already been paid for by the owners.

This rental deserves more than 5 stars!
I went down to Seabrook Island to get away from a snowstorm, and boy I'm glad I did. The condo is beautifully decorated with all major appliance, and there's nothing better than the view of the marsh from the back deck! There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood is safe and friendly! Jeff and Pam are consummate hosts, and I had a wonderful time at their place! Thank you!

Seabrook Island was beautiful and not too far from the Angel Oak and several plantations. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and all the comforts of home for 2 people or small family. We always travel with our little dog and so nice to find a great dog friendly place to stay.

Pros: Location. Situated right by the boardwalk with beautiful views of ocean, wildlife, and flowers. A secluded beach area. Very dog friendly. Amenity card that allows access to beach club and other benefits. Cons: Owners are not local, so they have outsourced housekeeping and maintenance. Items that were in their listing were not immediately available. We contacted the owner(s) who referred us to housekeeping. We phoned housekeeping who immediately denied she was the contact and upon calling back was told to “stop calling me b***h”. Not the kind of customer support we were expecting. Contacted the owners who eventually supplied the missing items, but situation unacceptable. Furniture and fixtures need some updating, and circuit breaker tripped a few times while using the hair dryer. Also, owner(s) control the thermostat so renters can’t manually change the settings. Overall, enjoyed our week and as long as you don’t need housekeeping, should be okay.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at the Pelican Beach Villa! This villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. Stunning views of the Edisto river. Just a quick walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The wildlife was incredible. We even had some deer come by as we were sitting on the covered porch. Highly recommend this villa! Thanks for having us! 😊

Our stay was amazing! This place was so centrally located on the island for the wedding we attended. Beach walks every morning and night. Cocktails on the porch at sunset. We rented bikes which made our stay great. I would absolutely book here again.

This is our second spring staying in this beautiful villa . It is just steps from the beach where we saw dolphins daily . You can’t beat the sunsets each evening right from the deck . The place is clean and comfortable . We like that it is pet friendly . Pam and Jeff are very accessible and easy to work with . We are already looking forward to staying again next spring .

Great location, right by boardwalk to the beach. Nicely decorated and clean. Fairly poorly equipped. Toaster broken. No hot pads for the oven. When we arrived, there was not a bedding set for the fold out couch. The host did call housekeeping when asked and they brought us bed sheets (sadly after we’d already had to figure out another option for our kids to go to sleep) and hot pads (that smelled very strongly of mold). Overall, pros and cons but the location, cleanliness, and the fact you could tell the host was trying bring it to a 4.

Fabulous fall at Seabrook
What a great condo. This is the second year for this Pelican Watch condo. The owners could not have been more accommodating. The condo is always clean and the view is gorgeous.
