GREAT OCEAN VIEWS FROM THIS 3RD FLOOR CONDO!
Don’t look any further! You will love this private,cozy, and super clean 1 bedroom condominium with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you will need to prepare meals while on your vacation. There are two dining areas with one adjacent to the kitchen and the other on your private ocean view balcony! This will be your favorite spot day and night as you day-dream looking at the ocean and boats sailing by. If you prefer to explore the Beachfront area, you can quickly walk to shops and restaurants offering everything from Pizza and burgers to Shrimp and Grits , Catch of the day, or Prime Rib!

The living room is appointed with queen sized sleeper sofa which is set up as a Chaise Sofa for day time use, end table with reading lamp, small glass top coffee table, Flat screen TV, DVD, and cable entertainment package. Movies, books, and games are located in the decorative cabinet under the TV. The wall of glass and sliding glass door allows captivating ocean views of the beach, pool, private pier.

The kitchen provides a dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and other items needed to cook your own meals. Paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are also provided.

The private bedroom offers a queen sized bed and Flat screen TV w/DVD player. The bed is made up of a good quality mattress that sits on a Casper bed foundation. No squeaks or lumps here! The bath is accessible from the bedroom and hallway. There is also set of built-in bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom is clean and brightly decorated with a full tub/ shower.

The location is wonderful! You are located on the beach at the center of the Isle of Palms just a few minutes walk to restaurants and entertainment. You are only a 20 minute car ride from downtown Charleston where you will find shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and other great activities.

Our community offers a fresh water sparkling pool. Additionally, there is a coin operated laundry and free WiFi service.

You will love our location within the community with its million dollar panoramic ocean views. It will be worth the climb to the 3rd floor! NO ELEVATOR
Our condo is well maintained, affordable, clean and loved by all who visit.

BEACH RULES

The regulations that the City has in place are intended to protect the beach's natural beauty for all to enjoy!
No motorized vehicles on beach
Personal property left unattended on the beach after sunset may be removed and disposed of
Holes dug in the sand should be filled back in for safety 
Jet Skis and motorboats may not operated in designated swimming areas
For your safety, no glass bottles are allowed on the beach 
No overnight sleeping on beach
Please protect our dunes, use the paths
Fireworks are prohibited
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited
Golf carts are not allowed on the beach.

Accommodations are small but sufficient and clean. Beautiful ocean views! Best part! Nice seating inside and out. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. One suggestion is to repair the exhaust fan in bathroom.We would definitely come back to this location.

January Weekend on IOP
My wife and I had a great time on Isle of Palms. The condo was exactly as presented online and our host was very helpful and cooperative. There area was recovering from a snow storm which presented some local travel challenges. We enjoyed a beautiful and quiet weekend. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was clean and provided a great view of the beach. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to return.

The condo was perfect for my husband and me. It was stocked with everything we could need, including paper products. The location was perfect. We walked to many of the restaurants and shops. Communication was great. The view was amazing. Everyone in the complex was very friendly. We had a great getaway here and hope to go back soon!

We had a great time staying here with our 10-month old daughter. Check in was easy and the place was super clean. The host was always responsive to communications. The ocean views and access to the pier are great, we would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need in one cozy package!
I was a bit concerned about the square footage of this home but was amazed to discover how comfortable it was! The home is designed in a way that anticipates your every need, from the comfy bed to the comfy couch/fold out sleep sofa in the living area. We watched the sunrise over the ocean each morning from the lovely deck. The table and chairs outside were bar height so nothing obstructed our view. Fabulous restaurants were just a five minute walk away. Coda Del Pesce for dinner and Acme Low Country Kitchen for breakfast were both stellar choices.

Very nice and clean. The unit had everything you could possibly need. The addition of the dehumidifier made it feel amazing temperature wise. We use a dehumidifier at our personal house as well. So we were excited to see it. We will definitely be staying here in the future as we go 2 times a year.

Unit was as described. Perfect for two people. Grocery store right around the corner from unit. We had an issue with getting the door to lock, but called the property manager, she answered on first call and told us how to get it to lock. So nice to sit on the deck and watch the sun rise or set. The only issue we saw was the people who walked up from the parking lot and jumped over the railing to use the walkway to get to the beach or walked up from the beach and jumped the railing to use the fishing pier. We would definitely recommend renting this unit.

Perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and more! Everything worked and we had zero issues there. Even the bed was great! The view is spectacular and walks along the beach were wonderful, too! Bring your own Roku or Fire Stick if you want to watch YouTube or your own streaming channels on the TVs (but I was able to attach my iPad via an HDMI cable)! We will be booking there again!

We had to connect with our host about the door lock. She came that day and repaired the door. Needed more toilet paper. Two rolls just isn't enough for 6 nights. the two rolls lasted two days. Need more trash bags. Two trash bags for 6 nights is not enough. One trash bag lasted two days. Even with hotels you get more than that. With the cost of the Condo should have been more products to last the complete stay. Found two palomino bugs in the Condo. Need to spray desperately. Loading up the day we left saw a large rat run from one building to another. Needs better maintenance to the buildings. Saw great vision from the balcony, move the parking lot across the road and put two more pools, lazy river, water park would be great. Wasted space with the parking lot between the condo and the ocean. Didn't like seeing the cars in the parking lot constantly going in and out. Would rather see my vision than the parking lot between the condo and the ocean. Liked the location with the pier, shops and restaurants in walking distance. And the grocery store was great being so close. Would probably stay somewhere else the next time.

View was gorgeous and everything was in walking distance! Coconut Joes restaurant was awesome and just a 5 min walk! The private pier was really cool too! My kids (11&14) slept on the little bunk beds….its small but fit are needs perfectly!

Amazing view! Great condo!
Condo was well stocked and clean. Great location! Amazing view from 3rd fl! Sleeper sofa was nice for 17 yr old. Trip was for a baseball tournament at Shipyard, easy drive to the field. Combined beach vacay and trip was fun for everyone! Lots of pool time, crab hunting and fishing from the pier! Definitely will try to stay again when visiting the area! Host was friendly and helpful with any questions.
