The rooms are supposed to be smoke free but ours smelled like someone had been smoking in it. When the neighbors would be smoking outside the AC unit would draw it into the room. There were also dead bugs all over the room (bathroom, tv table, floor between the beds, etc).

The young lady at the desk was amazing. She was as helpful as she could be. That said, this property was run down. Our door wouldn’t unlock from the outside. She had to open our door for us when we first arrived bc the the key maker wouldn’t work correctly.

Television was supposed to have closed caption it didn't and I am deaf. Couldn't get a hold of anybody in the at the front desk when I needed them in the evening. There was no toilet paper in my room!
