Seas the Day

Cute, clean and well equipped Folly apartment. Right across from the beach. Easy walk to Bert’s Market for drinks and food. Would highly recommend! Best part was the covered front porch. Perfect place to unwind after the day and listen to the ocean.

Great Location

Across the street from beach access and within easy walking distance to downtown. Apartment was clean and well stocked with essentials. Check in process was easy. Property manager support was excellent and timely. Restaurants downtown were excellent. Easy commute to Charleston, Plantation Tours, and Angle Oak Tree.

Smoky and mildew smell

This has a great beach location. The apartment is literally in the basement. The floors are painted cement. The hosts definitely tried to make it look nice. However, the floor in the bathroom is mildewy. Unfortunately, the apartment also smelled of smoke. The host offered for us to leave if we wanted - we had no place else to go for our vacation and the host offered a spray odor block. If you can handle the smokey smell and you don't need to spend time in the apartment, it's fine. We loved visiting Charleston and spent some time on the beach as well.

Great location

Unit was perfect for 2 people. Everything was super clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were lovely. Location can’t be beat, just across the street from the beach. We could hear the waves from the back porch. Would definitely stay again!

Overall great place

This is as advertised. A small lower level apartment that is perfect for two people. While you cannot see the ocean from the porch, the beach is a one minute walk. This rental suited our needs perfectly as we use our accomodations to suit our activities, not the other way around.

Lovely gem

This is our 2nd stay at this place. We absolutely love the convenience of being across the street from beach access and the place is super cute. A nice walk to the shops and restaurants provides some exercise and never having to move our car once we arrive. We plan to visit annually.

We loved the location of our house to the beach and town center. House was perfect for 2 people, little too small for 3. The front porch was a perfect place for morning coffees. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Awesome as ALWAYS!

This is such a nice, clean, well located home. Deb and her husband are such great innkeepers. We have visited on a number of dates at various times during the year and the home is always pristine, improved, etc. It’s SUPER convenient to the beach it’s like oceanfront.

My wife and I stayed here for our 6th Anniversary and we had a great time! Right across from beach access and walking distance to pretty much everything! We only drove to dinner once because my wife was in heels lol. The place was clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. When it was quiet at night, we could hear the waves crashing with the window open!

All about location!

My husband & I were on a last minute trip without our kids and we needed a small place but more than what a hotel room would offer. This fit the bill. Yes, it has cinder block walls...it's the bottom of a beach house. But, it was finished off with trimwork around the ceiling and most importantly it was CLEAN! The bed & bath linens were nice. The space stayed very cool even during super hot & high humidity days. The location could not be beat for beach access and bonus having our own off street parking space. We could easily walk the couple the blocks to Bert's and everything on Center Street. I would stay here again if it was just the two of us again. I even asked her if she rented out the upstairs since we loved the location so much to bring our kids back with us.
