This hotel is so lovely. In more of an art gallery than a lobby, you’re greeted by a glass of champagne and a red velvet chair, the valet takes care of your luggage & car, and you’re free to take in the ambience & enjoy your stay.

Hotel was a good looking place to stay and it was convenient to about everything. Had interior room that had serious hot water issues that had to call about for both days we stayed. It was a huge inconvenience for us and won’t be returning.

The staff was exceptionally nice and professional. The location is perfect, and the rooftop bar is great. We stayed in the Enclave building across the street from the main building and really liked it. It’s near the water, restaurants, shops, etc.

The Vendue is by far the best place we have ever stayed in our travels. The room was beautiful, the staff very attentive, and the additional acts of care were levels above other places. Our stay felt like a personalized experience. Additionally, the Vendue is located in a prime spot for visiting many interesting places in Charleston on foot. An extremely walkable and beautiful area. Worth a revisit!

As cute as this hotel was, I did not appreciate the lack of hot water every morning we were there. They promised a credit but it never showed. We chose this hotel as a splurge but would have been better off at a lower priced hotel that had hot water!
