Honestly pretty pleased with this hotel!! Staff was friendly, had a wonderful breakfast layout that goes from 6-11 (later than most hotels that do 6-9) and a later checkout of 12 where most places have a 10am or 11 checkout. There's a fitness room, pool table, and cute lil seating area. Room was clean and has really great black out curtains and quiet! I love that they are eco friendly in that they have the big shampoo bottles on the wall and not the tiny disposable ones! Small lil mini fridge and no microwave tho. Ample parking and not a terrible location- obviously close to airport and about 20 from downtown charelston. Stayed 2 nights.

Staff was trash. Rude and could never find them. It was as if we were an inconvenience to them for trying to check in or buy something from their mini snack bar. Fire the manager and try again. It’s obvious the upper management does not have proper oversight of its staff and how the interact and accommodate their guests.

Great stay, relaxing environment.
Everything about the stay was great! Only one issue, the room doors close on its own and they close very loudly. Its really only a issue at night when you are trying to sleep and people are in and out of there rooms. I was told by someone that the doors can be adjusted to more calmly. I hope they can fix this before my next stay.

Hotel is great! Clean, open areas, food available all, close enough to walk to the venue we needed. Easy to access. My only issue was the front check in desk. The attendant could not find my reservation, waited on more than one at a time, which delayed things. Basically was not a friendly start to the stay. Also , did not keep the coffee and tea available. Cold, empty containers. Would stay again in spite of that.
