Made reservations 10 days in advance and asked for connecting rooms. I didn’t get connecting rooms with my 90 year old father. Really disappointed that my request was ignored.

Our room was dirty. There was hair and mold in and around the shower. There were fingernail clippings on the floor between the beds.

Filthy dirty
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe checked in and the dirty carpets and hallways should had me turning around. Our room wasn’t cleaned, beds not made and looking around the floors were awful. Walked out and hope they refund us. Was rated 5.4 and closer to a 1!!!

Poor management
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived at 3:05 PM for check-in. Waited for two other guests to check in before us. They had to stand there and wait for rooms to be cleaned before they could be assigned their rooms. When it was my turn to go to the desk, the same thing happened and I had to wait till 340 to be given a room. At that point, we took the long walk to room 141 and our keys would not work. I left my husband there and went back to the front desk and had to wait again For keys to be reprogrammed. I walked all the way back to the room the keys worked and when we entered the room, the smell of urine was overwhelming, and the trashcan in the room was overflowing with food onto the floor. There was a worker in the hallway, cleaning rooms and she told us to go back to the front desk to get a different room. We went back to the front desk and the line was longer than when we had left the desk the first time. Finally, a man came out to help the desk clerk and was able to give us another room. By the time we got into this other room it was 410. The room was clean and did not smell. However, the light in the bathroom over the mirror only had two lightbulbs in it instead of four. The air conditioning unit had both knobs falling off. This is just not acceptable.
