At least it's pet friendly

This is where we typically stay when in town because it is convenient, and pet friendly. Stays have always been satisfactory until this one. At 7-7:30am coffee was lukewarm and there wasn't any creamer. Asked employee for creamer and they went "to look" and never came back. After 5 minutes or more of waiting, I went back to the room and went out for breakfast so I could get decent coffee.

We use it to sleep only so it was quite and bed are comfortable. Great that it has hot breakfast every morning.

The pet friendly we were given was filthy. There were stains on the carpet, mold and mildew in the bathroom and the overall condition was not inhabitable.

Thank you for your feedback. We had started cleaning the carpets in those room's a couple days ago. we may have not got to the room that you stayed in I do apologize. We are in the process of a full over hall. We hope that you come back to see all the changes we are making.

Nice hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and breakfast was great. Carpeting in some areas needs to be replaced.

The first room we were put in smelled damp and musty and the TV remote was busted and didn't work. I went down and asked for a different room, they moved us and even though this room smelled a lot better there was mold on the ceiling in bathroom, ants were crawling everywhere and that TV remote did not work either. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated but it definitely was not and it was dirty, stuff floating all around. We checked out the outdoor pool, which was a bit warmer but still nasty with stuff floating everywhere. The area where breakfast is served was ok but extremely hot and the food was just ok. There was a push bar door handle that was being held on with tape. Lastly, they allowed people to park in the area that is designated for vehicles to travel around at the portico. We had stayed here before and was pleased but this time was totally different, not impressed at all.

I liked that the area the hotel was secluded so there wasn’t any loud outside noise. That’s where the nice ends. The hotel was dingy. The outside side door was either propped open or just broken when we got there which is a big safety concern. The bathroom was so small you could barely shut the door. The toilet paper in the bathroom was practically behind you on the floor. The inside pool was closed for maintenance and the outdoor pool looked like it hasn’t been clean in a while. The staff were very rude and not helpful at all.

I had to pay $20 to the hotel for booking through Expedia (a third party). My hotel room was relatively clean except for the AC unit - which was dusty. The surrounding area was pretty boring with bad food options. Unfortunately, the pool area was closed, as was the fitness facility, so the two (2) main reasons I booked a stay here were unusable to me. Also, the TV channels were limited even though they made it seem like they had the best cable package.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. I always feel safe staying there when I travel solo.
