Traveled with pets, first room provided reeked of cat urine. Thankfully a second room was open that didn't smell awful

Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell me what room was the first so that I can get that taken care of ASAP? We have been cleaning carpets all week want to make sure we pay special attention to that room.

The attitude of the staff was so condescending. They acted like it was a privilege to stay here. The lobby reeked of tobacco.

A little older hotel, but fine for overnight. Breakfast staff was extra good. About 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, but near lots of restaurants.

Don’t waste your time or money

First, the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and just someone you can tell wants to do well at his job. And that’s where anything good to say ends. They should be ashamed charging the prices they do for the condition of the room. Nothing has been updated in years, everything is in disrepair, and the ceiling in our bathroom was literally just peeling off in a big sheet of paint and hanging there.

The hotel is in very poor condition, the room on the 1st floor all smell like cigarettes, mold and pet smell and the carpet were all so dirty. Breakfast was pretty good.

Hotel was in a good location but housekeeping was pretty poor. Dirty plastic silverware on the floor under the desk. No soap/shampoo in the bathroom. just not great.
