Room lacked care for star rating, carpet threadbare in places and didn't go to the edge of the room. Check in was not very welcoming, just a lady sat at a desk with minimal interaction

Room was great. Wish all the families at the buffet for breakfast would control their children though. It was worse than a daycare.
