Location was excellent as expected for the price. The house was in good condition but there are a couple minor downsides for consideration. There is no HVAC upstairs which can make for uncomfortable sleeping. Also right now there’s heavy construction going on next door which causes a lot of noise and many people/trucks coming and going throughout the day.

Beautiful Charlevoix
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayCharlevoix is a beautiful town. We fell in love with Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix. And, this home was perfect for our stay. The location is wonderful- walk a couple minutes one way to the beach, and a few in the other direction to town. We had plenty of room, but the house still felt cozy. Shawn was a wonderful host- communication was easy. Not sure when we will return to Michigan, but we hope we can stay in one of his properties next time.

Great place to stay for our visit

The only issue we had was that the breaker for the bathroom lights tripped a couple of times. Not sure what we had plugged in to trip it but it really was no big deal. Just reset it and all was good.

Perfect Location

We all feel in love with the house...clean, well-appointed decor and furnishings, and very comfortable. We're already talking about our next visit. Thanks for being a big part of a weekend enjoyed by all!
