Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is not just a comfortable house located in a quiet neighorhood, but it is also a beautiful house. Everything is first rate. It is the sort of house that feels like it is someone's home, with everything just as you would want it. The beds are comfortable, the linens plush. The house is small, but fine for us. Kitchen is a little small, but perfectly adequate. Eveeything is as described, in fact even exceeding my expectations. Really, this is a lovely piece of property.

Conveniently located cottage

The community “dog friendly” beach around the corner was an extra bonus. Plenty of linens and towels plus a supply of toiletries were available. Our only concern was the refrigerator never got down to the proper temperature, the freezer was fine though.

Cute Cottage Close to Charlevoix
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCottage was super cozy. Very nice on the inside and location was private and quiet. Nice and relaxing and felt like home rather than a hotel. Enjoyed walking to the beach and house was located reasonably close to Charlevoix and Petoskey. My family had a great stay and enjoyed our time there. Did find communications with owner a little unclear. The number listed in the info binder was not up-to-date. And this is probably a personal preference but I did find the smell of the well water off-putting.

Relaxing Stay in Charlevoix Area

Quaint Cottage
Publié le 4 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayYou can tell a lot of love went into the design and decor of this lovely cottage. We were attending our daughter’s wedding at Castle Farms & we were on a hectic schedule, so we were in & out several times a day. However, we did find time to take wonderful walks down by the lake, even taking a cool dip in the lake waters in late September. Gerry was so kind. I will not go into the whole story, but he actually lent me his dress shoes when an unfortunate accident happened to my dress shoes right before walking my daughter down the aisle. It was a memorable week and this cottage fulfilled our needs very well.

Nice Quiet Location
Publié le 22 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall a very positive experience. There were a few maintenance items that I would have liked to have addressed, but nothing was a show stopper. Kids had a good time, and enjoyed playing with some of the toys that were included. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were spacious.
