I would like a refund. The bed had springs popping out of it. Not a comfortable night. Had to leave early in the morning.

Relaxing get away!

The 'Innkeeper' of the B&B called at 430 wanting to know when we were checking in. And said he was leaving a key in the door to our room and just let ourselves in. Other than that, the hosts were awol all weekend. "Breakfast" was a couple of jugs of precut fruit, yoghurt, and bagels left on the counter- we have had better breakfast at an express hotel, definitely not bed and breakfast quality. Our room was on the third floor and the stairs were super narrow and sketchy- not sure how they even meet code. The door had a gap almost 2 inches at the bottom, which let both light and sound in all night long. The room itself looked like it was the former servants quarters that they slapped some paint on and decided to rent out- very disappointing. We love Charlevoix and have never had an experience as underwhelming as this.

Mattress was hard, thought I was sleeping on plywood. Breakfast was loaf of bread, loaf of bagels & English muffins. Paper plates. Not worth what we paid for overnight

We love our one night stay in this lovely place. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Definitely we will stay here again in the future.
