Roomy studio
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a nice few days in the garage studio apartment. The location worked well for our visit. It is about a mile walk into town. There aren't any streetlights for the last part of the walk, so be aware if you plan to return (by walking) after dark. The apartment is open plan; the bedroom area does not close off from the kitchenette or living area. The living area is roomy with a couple of couches and a small table. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. There were deer right outside our door.

Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was very clean and modern. The bed was so soft and comfortable and luxurious. The space was larger than it looks in the pictures. Great location, close to Petoskey and Fishermans Island State Park. Will definitely be staying here again!

Only wish would be an outdoor area/table & perhaps a grill for those staying more than a few nights :)

Great location in a Quiet Neighborhood
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis apartment above the garage was just the right size and in the right location for my stay in Charlevoix. It was several blocks off the main thoroughfare but still within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
It is good for one or two people. The owner was easy to work with.
