Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful spacious condo has two king-size bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a beautiful full kitchen with an island. There is a small stove, cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Cable HD television is in the living room and bedrooms. Next to the deluxe-extended living room is a four seated dining room table that looks out at the balcony. This condo has a privately-coded, secure, high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the Beautiful downtown.

Great Location
This condo is right on the edge of downtown. Everything seemed very new, so it probably was recently refurbished. Very friendly staff at the desk. Great price compared to other similar listings. Will definitely check this place out again the next time we are staying in the area.

The room was fine. Great view, was clean, staff was really helpful. It's in a great spot especially since to walk into the downtown parts you HAVE to cross the bridge. Which I love. Price was meh to me. But it did have a lot of nice amenities to it.

The condo was great. Check in not so much We got there after office closed they were supposed to send code to get in. I did not get it. There is no number to call an employee on call for help. If message left they wouldnt get till next morning. Does me no good to get in at evening hour. Luckily vrbo customer service found a number There should be a person to talk to if office is closed for emergencies. I understand it is no efficient to man an office in off seasons. But they should have someone on call. Thank you customer service and building owner for your help I would stay again hopefully this little glitch can get resolved and i got in.. Would not be picked

Great spot in downtown, everything is walkable! Condo was clean and spacious enjoy to accomodate my elderly in-laws and me and my wife very comfortably. Large soaking tub made for very relaxing evenings.

Boating Fun in Charlevoix
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very close access to Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. Walking to town to shop was just across the bridge. So much to do and see. We plan to make this an annual trip!

Nice unit, but misleading listing
This is a nice condo, very spacious for our family of 4 and reasonably well equipped. One thing that was disappointing for us was that there is not a hot tub available. I think perhaps the listing is referring to the jetted tub near the loft bathroom, but what we wanted was a hot tub as you find by a pool etc. Also there was a pile of vomit in the hallway outside the unit that had clearly been there for a while. This was over the holiday so I guess it's forgivable as it's not a full service hotel, but still pretty gross. The location is great, easy walk to the piers and to down town. 45 min to ski slopes.

Rock hunting
We were very happy with the condo and area. We were here at the end of March to look for Petosky stones and enjoy the area. It was cold, but still a great time to look for rocks. At check-in, Heather was a wealth of information to help us in finding good places to hunt for rocks and eat!
