Excellent location!

Perfect location in CVX
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat spot in downtown, everything is walkable! Condo was clean and spacious enjoy to accomodate my elderly in-laws and me and my wife very comfortably. Large soaking tub made for very relaxing evenings.

Boating Fun in Charlevoix
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at this property! Very close access to Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. Walking to town to shop was just across the bridge. So much to do and see. We plan to make this an annual trip!

Nice unit, but misleading listing
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a nice condo, very spacious for our family of 4 and reasonably well equipped.
One thing that was disappointing for us was that there is not a hot tub available. I think perhaps the listing is referring to the jetted tub near the loft bathroom, but what we wanted was a hot tub as you find by a pool etc.
Also there was a pile of vomit in the hallway outside the unit that had clearly been there for a while. This was over the holiday so I guess it's forgivable as it's not a full service hotel, but still pretty gross.
The location is great, easy walk to the piers and to down town. 45 min to ski slopes.

Thank you Brook for your feedback. We're so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Our condo community does not promote a hot tub, we do however, have an indoor and outdoor pool available, which can be viewed in our photos and on our website.
As for the unfortunate vomit, although we are not considered a hotel, we do have a daily housekeeping team. The vomit was discovered during our daily rounds, and cleaned first thing in the morning. In the future, should you have any concern during your stay, please visit our onsite Front Desk. Our team members are glad to assist you during our business hours. You are also more than welcome to contact our Property Manager after hours. We provide these details in your Arrival Instructions.
