Great Location, Cool Design, But They Need a Checklist
Publié le 19 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayI am going against my word on this review and I hate to do that because they were gracious enough to let me and my family in an hour early and stay an hour late and I told them as I was checking in that was a 5 star review, but unfortunately the entire trip the bottom floor did not have a working heater and got as low as 55 degrees. They communicated well with us. but I was constantly checking in with them on a person who was supposed to come fix it and they didn't make it until the evening of the second night of our two night stay. And they didn't fix it. So we had to pull the mattresses upstairs to the middle floor and for the cost of the stay, that's just not really acceptable. I was hoping they would give us a bit of a concession on the price given that we didn't use all of the house but they did not.
They were very, very communicative and I appreciated that but frankly if you're paying 5 star pricing you should have heat. They had a few other things they really should check and I would recommend they build out a "checklist manifesto" type list to make sure everything is working. The stove didn't ignite and we needed to get a lighter to start the stove, the garbage disposal didn't work, the upstairs TV was on a sign-in loop and needed factory reset... just a lot of things that a checklist would solve and for this kind of place I highly recommend.
Wouldn't stay again unless they did the checklist and guaranteed things worked. Really, really awesome place if so...

Very nice place, worn wholr in rooftop couch, lawn chairs was very old and had to share with the wasps, bees hive in outlet on rooftop, lights outside was busted the inside was very nice and tastefully done

The only problems, minor things.. shower would only stay hot for about 6 minutes, then cold!! Dishwasher wouldn’t work. Other than that.. all was Great!! Good location, rooftop w/ hot tub was a bonus over looking a beautiful skyline!! Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Publié le 27 mars 2023 sur HomeAwaySpent a few days in this great home. Location is phenomenal as you are only a 2 minute drive from downtown. The neighborhood feels safe and is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the home is very spacious. The roof top hot tub with the city line view is great at night! We had a wonderful time. The ONLY thing I would say is that if you have trouble with stairs, this is not the home for you, as it is multiple levels. We are all able bodied, so it was not an issue for us!

Best Property in All Ways
Publié le 15 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayI could not have purchased a better home myself. Our eldest sibling (of 9) had emergency quadruple bypass right before Christmas. Could not have imagined a more devastating holiday but bc of this host and property owner everyone was still able to be by his side, see and enjoy each other and have the peace of mind know that I’m some very strange and miraculous way…we were still together for the holiday. The host/owners….nothing short of angels doing Gods work here on earth. Plus I fell in love with this property and would buy if given the opportunity.
