The Mansion, Charlotte NC Music Factory Bungalow is a music-inspired 4 bedroom, 3 bath single-family home completely renovated in 2019, just a 7-minute walk from the Music Factory. The home includes hardwood floors throughout, new custom high-end cabinets, appliances, & more. Furnished by West Elm™, the Master Bedroom features a queen bed & En-Suite bathroom with dual vanity. Great location....but....

The property is in a great location. Close to everything, very quite and safe. Driving up to the house we had to notice it was the house in the street with the tallest grass and a yard which was not being taken care of in weeks ...Getting into the house was very strange. Not thru the front door we had to go in the back yard and enter the house thru the back door, walking thru two bedrooms each single time we left and came back. This was very inconvenient for our friends who actually slept in those rooms. Getting this way we had to pass a Set three or four treads and those where totally rotten and falling appart. It was actually extremely dangerous to walk those Treads. The house was clean and the beds very comfortable . The house itself is in desperate need of some TLC.....quite a few things are not working ....the floor lamp in the living room, the record players, the showerheads have very low pressure, no seating on the front porch provided, the seating on the back porch was minimal, uncomfortable and dirty. The little fridge in the mother in law suit was frozen solid, because someone didn't close the door. Nothing major but it adds up and if you go there with the provided photos of the place in your head it is disappointing..Dr

Could Not Access Upon Arrival

We travelled for a family death and funeral, but after going to the hospital immediately upon arrival, we did not arrive at the location until after midnight. We tried to contact the host when the keypad did not work, but did not hear back until later that morning, so had to find a motel in the middle of the night. Due to that problem and the circumstances, the host promised to refund our money, but he did not. I don’t wish to disparage the host, but we were terribly disappointed and inconvenienced. As a result, I only answered the questions to be able to submit this. I have a copy of our communications to verify all of this, including the host’s broken promise, if you wish to see them.

Great Place

This house is a great place to stay. The outside of the house was not cleaned at all. Upon arriving looking at how the outside was not cleaned I did not want to stay, however once I went inside I LOVED IT!!!! The refrigerator in the back room freezer door was broken and could not close all the way, also it did not get cold at all. Overall 8 out of 10 I will be staying again

This house is in a location that is near everything. The street that it is located appears to be in a safe location however the neighborhood itself is to be determined. The house appears to be clean on the inside but as we went around doing our inspection there were multiple things that we did notice such as holes in the walls and a door that appears that it was punched through. The beautiful lamp that is on the main picture does not work and was attempted to be fixed with hot glue to hold the plug together. The front porch step is rotting and weak, multiple dishes were dirty in the cabinet. This was also the only house on the entire block that has 2 ft high worth of leaves in the yard qhile other yards in the neighborhood were clear of leaves ,debris, and garbage. I would not stay here again but if you're just looking for a place to lay your head and you will not be spending any significant time there it is one of the cheaper locations and is centrally located, be aware that although it says no smoking in the house that will not stop at theell from the neighbors extracurricular habits from filtering through the windows/doors

In Charlotte for the Bengals-Panthers

The property was as advertised. Very comfortable for five (5) adults. A/C was very good. Best of all, it was in easy walking distance to Bank of America Stadium! Only one small complaint: I couldn't get the coffee making appliance (Nespresso) to work. We could not find any of those cups at the grocery store, so we couldn't make coffee at the house. Perhaps a Keurig would be better?

Charlotte Wedding with Friends

The property worked well for our group of 8 adults in Charlotte for a wedding. Overall the place was as expected and met our needs. Communication with property manager was efficient A few items could be improved upon. The thermostat on refrigerator was set to the warmest temperature setting, however many of our beverages froze and exploded. There are a few holes in drywall throughout home that need to be repaired. Bathroom cleanliness could’ve been better and kitchen pantry had sticky areas on the floor.

Nice house!

This house is very nice and super clean. Communication with property manager was definitely top tier!! They were great the entire time. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. Close to city and getting there requires not even needing the highway!

Perfect cottage

The property was perfect for our stay! The fully fenced in yard was great for the pups. Location is 10/10! Music factory is a short walk from the house and there are so many things to do! We hope to be back for another concert in CLT!

My friends and I stayed here before and it was good, so we were happy that it was available again. There were some minor maintenances that need to happen. There were some small holes, scratches throughout the house. But cleaned very well and conveniently located. We would stay again.

Location very convenient to Uptown Charlotte - within walking distance.

This property was very clean and communication with host was very prompt. There were a few amenities listed that were not in the property which we could have used. There were not enough eating utensils which we called about and someone brought to us in a couple of hours. There was no toaster or blender. Also, the property sleeps 8 people and we had 7, however the kitchen table only had 4 chairs. We ended up having to use 2 bar stools and a chair from the living area. We would have loved to have more outside furniture as well as the weather was beautiful. There were two comfortable chairs and two metal chairs to sit on the deck. A suggestion would be to have a drip coffee maker or a coffee maker that uses KCups. We had to bring our own coffee pot as the one that is there is a Nespresso machine and we were not able to buy pods for it other than online.

Great home!

The home was great for our family for a weekend wedding stay. The house was very clean and fully equipped. Just wish it had a regular Keurig coffee maker and a TV in each bedroom. Also, there was the smell of mold in two of the bedrooms. Lastly, the backyard and deck could have used a little sprucing up! We had great customer service! One of the gals even hand delivered extra coffee pods because we were having a tough time finding the correct one's for the Nespresso Machine. We would stay there again and will def go back to this owner! My sister stayed in another one of his homes and it was ADORABLE!!!
