The most confusing hotel I've ever stayed in. Parking takes a minimal of two odysseys down in the parking garage as you have to swap out tickets at the reception desk, which is located on floor five, not floor one. Floor one is very strange as it's not related with the hotel. The building is a multi-use structure with two hotels and condos. Signage is confusing and down in the parking garage there is no signage to the elevators. Also, you get nickel and dimed a lot. Pros: clean, very nice room, and the lounge on floor five is nice.

Property is lovely and clean. Room keys did not work went back once and had them reloaded and still one did not work We were running late for our event
