Dirty in floor room but a good breakfast even if started at 7.am

Bien en général, mais peu de soucis des détails.

Pour : Le service était bien et courtois. La propreté du lobby était remarquable et celle des chambres aussi.
Contre : La chambre avait une odeur de bactéries qui provenait du système de climatisation. Éviter de prendre la chambre #207 !!! Le café était très mauvais. Préférable d'aller payer au Waffles house juste en face.

Old. Sketchy people outside smoking at all hours. Would not stay here again.

Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsBathtub has been 'refreshed' with something akin to paint. it is all peeling and flaking. Spoke with another guest over breakfast - same bath tub condition.
Anything that would absorb noise is gone. The guests next door were talking - at normal level- until 2am. Noise came right thru the walls.

We needed a room for storm evacuation, and they provided a clean room for all three of us. The room was quite dated, but everything worked. The cleaning staff was amazing, just giving us what we needed.

It was terrible. The breakfast was inedible. We stayed for three days because of a hurricane and housekeeping was only done one time. The ice machine kept breaking and an alarm would go off and no one would do anything. i finally unplugged it so we could sleep.
