Lake Norman family trip
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was super helpful and really made our stay great. Shout out to Nikki and Lisa, the others were great as well. They met all our needs and suggested great places for us to bring the kids while in town. The room was clean but the fixtures and bathroom was dated and had some minor issues that need to be addressed.

Not the cleanest place and it smelled musty. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The room had a Oder people outside of hotel smoking all time of night a lot of in and out traffic

This place is a gem! Everyone here is extremely friendly and the room is perfect. We are able to utilize the kitchen in our room, which has beautiful, clean appliances and cupboards that are stocked with everything we need. The bed and pillows are really comfortable, and the AC is quiet and works great. Affordability and comfort that we appreciate a lot on our long road trip! We would definitely stay here again!

The property is old and smelled like smoke and old cigarettes everywhere. Staff was gracious, knowledgeable and very helpful
