Overnight Charlotte
Cute place. Small but very nice. Coffee pot, but no coffee supplied. Parking was on a street away from the cottage. Great location for downtown and Myers Park area.

Beautiful Small Cottage.
The cottage was very clean inside…. We arrived in the fall, the outside needed some attention. The overall stay was wonderful. I had my 93 year-old mother-in-law with me. She loved it. John, was a wonderful host. Always got back to me promptly and was very kind.

WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD!!!
When we moved in we found that the unit was way to cold for us and the HVAC unit remote was not in the suite. I contacted the host 3 times, including the "emergency phone number listed" but never got a response. I ended up sleeping with 4 shirts, 2 pants and socks and ran the blow dryer all night just to stay still uncomfortable cold. My stay sucked due to freezing my ass off. This owner/manager talked like he cared but actually did NOTHING to meet our begging for heat! WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD!!!!

Perfect quiet escape
The yellow cottage was a perfect location for a quick escape to lovely Charlotte. The space was just right for spending quality time together and walking distance to great dining and beautiful neighborhoods. Every inch of the cottage is charming and well crafted. Cottage sanctuary in Dilworth
This sunny cottage is a tiny sanctuary nestled in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. The owners’ attention to detail is apparent in the design/furnishing of the space. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again! Note: if accessibility is a concern there are a few steps in the unit and the entry requires a walk down a (charming) flagstone and brick path.

The cottage is absolutely adorable and very well stocked. John was very easy to communicate with and was easy to contact with any questions. This cottage sits off the back of the property so it was safe and quiet. It rained most of the time we were there so we did not get to enjoy the backyard and patio, but it was extremely inviting and looks like the perfect spot to sit under the night sky with a glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again. Shops, grocery, and restaurant choices all within short walking distance.

An Oasis of Relaxation
The walk to the cottage is filled with beautiful flowers and greenery. It is relaxing from the moment you walk through the gate. The decor inside the rental is absolutely gorgeous. We had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable which is important to me as I have had several back surgeries. The cottage s located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The hosts were wonderful to keep us informed and make sure we were content. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing and nicely located rental.

Luxe living in a great neighborhood
This place was just what I was looking for. Great bed, super comfy. There were lovely grounds and lots of light coming in through windows and skylights. Even got to watch the stars and see the moon rise at night. Super cute details throughout and everything needed for an extended stay.

The Sweetest Spot for my Mommy Getaway
I am a lucky woman. When I get too close to burn out, I get away for a weekend. This time I got to stay in this sweetest little cottage. It is very accurately depicted online, but what you can't see is how clean and just downright homey it feels. I had no issues in my stay at all, but I feel confident John would have attended to any issue promptly. He was very communicative and it is clear that he really wants you to get away from it all. Even if just for a weekend. Would absolutely stay again.
