We chose this because it was central to a number of tourist places that we wanted to visit, easy to reach, and had an indoor pool for the two 7 year olds with us.

The staff was awesome… But, my room door wouldn’t open, had to get help 3 times. Ice machine didn’t work. Carpets were worn and ugly. AC unit was not cold and couldn’t find thermostat. I canceled my stay and went to Hampton Inn across street.

Disappointed
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsI was disappointed in this hotel. This was my 3rd stay here. Its really gone down hill. The TV didn't work in the room. I brought to the attention of two different staff members. The manager was supposed to come fix but never showed up. There was a huge rip in the comforter. The tub backed up and took forever to drain. I noticed duck tap around the wall outside the elevator. The pool bathroom was filthy with dead bugs on the floor. Unattended children were unruley at the pool. To top all that off there was a man screaming profanities out in the parking lot. This is the first time i have not felt safe at this hotel.
