The business suite room was excellent! The room was clean. The front desk gentleman, name Vernon was very helpful and kind! Charlotte was also so kind and efficient. We loved her!

Booked a king bed but they gave me 2 queens and said there was no way they could change it in their system. The toilet paper holder was missing so the toilet paper was just sitting on top of the toilet. This is not a well kept place

My family and I had a great stay. The reception and staff were so friendly! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. There were many dining options and shopping amenities nearby. The highway was close which made transport to uptown easy. I would stay here again.
