Friendly front desk staff. Bathroom door didn’t latch.

This hotel was close to campus and helped us spend extra time with my daughter when we dropped her off for the new semester. It was a great location with lots of food, shopping, and entertainment close by

My favorite hotel. Safe area, clean, fresh and friendly staff. Staying there from here on out when I come to Charlotte.
