Hurricane refund

I am trying to get a refund, and waiting for response from the Manager, nothing yet. I wasn't able to get there due to the Hurricane.

I reviewed your information, and it appears you prepaid for your reservation online. This reservation has listed a non-cancellation policy where all cancellations are non-refundable. Unfortunately, the reservation is not able to be refunded for this reason. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay. We did find that it was clean nice but it was old. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest as the tiles and tub looked well used and that the staff hadn’t had time to do a deep clean. Besides that, it was a quiet spot, the staff was lovely, the breakfast was ok but perfect for a one night stay on a journey towards our final vacation destination.

I stayed because this property was close to the race track (Z Max Dragway). For a hotel it was very quiet (usually you hear "neighbors" and slamming doors) and was clean and in good order with a friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was close not only to the race complex but also other amenities such as restaurants, the light rail, and fairly close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
