The hotel rain out of toiletries and know one expressed this to us at check in.
We had to find out when it was time to take a shower. (If advised at check-in I would have went to the store right away before getting comfortable). The hallway had strong odor of marijuana

Very bad customer service. RUDE STAFF

There was no soap for the bathroom sink. The bottles of "stuff" in the shower were not clearly labeled and one was missing. The toilet continued to run long after flushing. The shower room looked like it had mold around the baseboards by the door. Lighting in the room was so low it was hard to read in the room.
