The Property is a bit dated but it was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful! The use of the Freebee Ride App was a major plus. Definitely consider staying there again or at another Marriott Bonvoy property.

Fun in Charlotte!

Wonderful stay - the rooms was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed being close to the SouthPark mall.

The property and staff service was great. It was very disappointing that they did not have shuttle service to the airport. It was extremely disappointing that a $15 bottle of wine was very overpriced at $50. Usually the upcharge for convenience is only double the price. We don't mind paying extra for convenience but we are not foolish with our finances. Plus, the hotel probably does not pay the per bottle retail price so the upcharge is even greater for this hotel.

We had a couple of issues with our room. The shower had very little water pressure and the remote on the TV did not work. It was very difficult to select a channel and/or move around the guide. The remote was non-responsive.
