Ok but perfectible

Overall stay was ok, but perfectible. When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was not clean, I cleaned it myself. Outside of this, the room was clean. The overall room equipment is good, but the mechanical ventilation system is very very noisy. And you can't stop it as you can with the air conditioning system. The reception staff and the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. I have asked during my stay for a room cleanup, but when I came back in the evening, someone put a "Do not disturb" sign and the room wasn't cleaned. It has been done the next day, but this was weird.

The property was good. The room is clean. What I didn’t like: There was there was someone in the parking lot revving their car for a couple hours my first night about 1 o’clock in the morning. Extremely loud and couldn’t sleep. They were lacking someone at the desk, A few times we went to get some help there was no one there. I asked for Marriott points card signed up for it, but never received the card. They asked me to take a picture of the screen. Sheila was very, very helpful when we checked in.

There is parking lot patrol but it could have been from the adjacent lot or boulevard so again I am sorry. Shelia did have a Bonvoy welcome letter with your Marriott membership at the front desk.There should always be an attendant at the front desk and my hope is that when given the opportunity you will stay with us again.
