Great place for an over night trip. Staff was great and very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Although it is an all nonsmoking hotel, the rooms have a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Some rooms are worse than others.

General Manager misused my credit card. Had pending charges of $200 on my card for 7 days. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get pending charges removed. Also, no TV signal Saturday morning. Poor conditions.

I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have because of incidental authorization we did at check in. But we never misused your card or any other guest for that matter. Additional authorization get drop off once you check out from hotel, so again sorry for any trouble because of that. We do appreciate your business at our hotel.Thank You, Kindly.Mike

The air conditioning barely worked, advertised amenity that was not available (pool) hair dryer didn’t work either. Wasn’t informed of the security deposit. Also, I did not get any kind of a receipt either. As long as I get my deposit back I’m ok with it.
