Although it is an all nonsmoking hotel, the rooms have a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Some rooms are worse than others.

General Manager misused my credit card. Had pending charges of $200 on my card for 7 days. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get pending charges removed. Also, no TV signal Saturday morning. Poor conditions.

I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have because of incidental authorization we did at check in. But we never misused your card or any other guest for that matter. The air conditioning barely worked, advertised amenity that was not available (pool) hair dryer didn’t work either. Wasn’t informed of the security deposit. Also, I did not get any kind of a receipt either. As long as I get my deposit back I’m ok with it.

Mike, the manager was very helpful with answering questions and making sure I was settled and if anything was needed. Even though I wasn’t going to use the pool, is was not operational at the time I was there. The rom which I was in, was a bit musty smelling when entering the room, but the weather was extremely hot, so I’m thinking the smell was attributed to the heat. Once the a/c was turned on and running the smell disappeared.

Budget hotel with budget offerings. Breakfast was inedible. Green bananas, sugar cereal, and a waffle machine that was unavailable, as the manager said they had no batter.
