The staff at the property were very kind and attentive. Our room seemed very outdated, small bathroom and the towels were very old, thin and torn up. I have stayed in other double trees and sadly the quality of this one was not up to par with the others.

The cookies are a nice touch. The charge for parking was a surprise due to wording in add. Shuttle does not run often enough. We waited for about 40 minutes.

They didn’t allow me in the property to check in and said they are cancelling all check in s and i didn’t got anything back as a refund

The room was not available. There was no power. The lady at the front desk told us it wasnt anything she could do. They threw my family out on the street. Is this how Hilton treats their customers? Appareny so at the DoubleTree in Charlotte. No help to find another hotel. We had to go back tobirport and sleep.
