Large hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast has many options and staff is friendly and attentive.

Helpful staff

The shower in our room did not work, the lever that you pull up for the shower to work was broken and the stopper in the tub that is supposed to stay up to let the water drain when you’re in the shower would not stay up. The sofa in the room was in terrible condition, it was very old, very low to the floor, it smelled musky and looked really dirty. It looked like it been sitting there for 30 years. I’m shocked that they have not that room and fixed the issues in the bathroom. Paying the amount of money that we paid and not being able to take a nice hot shower was very disappointing.

When we arrived our one bedroom suite bedroom door wouldn’t close and latch, they moved us to the next room and took away the king bed and gave us two queen beds. Not what we wanted, went down for the third time and then they moved us to a two bedroom suite . Got there and the AV didn’t work in the master bedroom .. this was after a 10 hour drive. We just left it alone and had to sleep with the master bedroom door open to keep us cool. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Its nice place to stay, convient just off hway 85, very closed to shoping mall, Race track.
